IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR GTA IV game installation:
As per my instructions in the Optimizing GTA IV for use with Intel HD Graphics GPU document, make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework, and DirectX installed for whatever version of Windows you have (you will be prompted to install these during game installaton, if needed), as well as, ensure you have the latest updates for all of your drivers; especially graphic card drivers!
My laptop is only 1 year old, but Toshiba’s website didn’t show the latest Intel driver for it on its website, so I downloaded the latest driver from Intel’s site.

Fellow GTA IV Gamers, after downloading this great game last December 2012 from GTA.IV.PC.Version.RWT007, I found that when I tried to play it on my Toshiba Satellite P775-S7320 Laptop, all that showed up was a very dark screen with barely any graphics details. Determined to get this game to play on my Laptop, since it has 2nd Generation Intel Core i7 CPU with 6 GB RAM and HD 3000 Graphics GPU chip, I went on a quest to solve the incompatibilty problems that GTA IV has with Intel HD Graphics integrated chips!
Well, I'm here to tell you that I solved the problem, and that any PC or Laptop with Intel HD Graphics chips can play GTA IV, and with decent graphics and frame rates. I'm currently at 97.5% completion of this wonderful game (now have to hunt down the 200 'Flying Rats' for 100%), and as such, I'm leaving this gift for all those who want to download, install, and update GTA IV, as well as get a working serial key so you can play Multiplayer online!! Yes, during my research, I also discovered a working serial key generator that will create a serial key number allowing you to play online Multiplayer!!
First of all, download this torrent to get my files & step-by-step instructions for downloading, installing, updating (patch), and cracking (No CD) the recommended GTA IV game. A reliable GTA IV game download source that I highly recommend is at GTA.IV.PC.Version.RWT007 (click link at left)
This torrent download contains the following:
1. A folder called Crack_Razor1911, that contains all crack files necessary for running GTA IV as 'No CD'
2. The version 1.0.4.0 update patch file called GTAIV_MAINTENANCE_UPDATE_1040_EFIGS.exe
3. Grand Theft Auto IV Download & Install Instructions (Patch 1.0.4.0 & Razor Crack) Word document.
4. Optimizing GTA IV for use with Intel HD Graphics GPU Word document.
5. A folder called keygen GFWL by alexis221515 that contains the necessary files to generate a working serial number key for GTA IV (required for playing online Multiplayer)
After downloading the game per my instructions in Grand Theft Auto IV Download & Install Instructions (Patch 1.0.4.0 & Razor Crack), you need to read and follow all the steps outlined in my Optimizing GTA IV for use with Intel HD Graphics GPU document, to be playing GTA IV with very good graphics. Even if you have a very good computer with a great Video Graphics card, GTA IV doesn't fully utilize the video card's VRAM, unless you follow my 'optimization' steps. And for those with Intel HD Graphics Integrated GPU chip, GTA IV will NOT play unless you follow those instructions!!
