Oct 29, 2017 EDIT: When trying to do php artisan migrate I get a ‘PDOException: could not find driver’. I’m using WAMP and I’m in Win8.1. Using PostgreSQL as database.

It seems that after this commit https://github.com/laravel/framework/commit/370ae34d41362c3adb61bc5304068fb68e626586 command php artisan key:generate strated writing broken keys to .env.
The example of broken key:
php artisan key:generate Application key [base64:2eFGQ7lCmG4RbyonfwE31yD31GcwSrF2WsdmhRSUQcY=] set successfully.

It's not broken, the key is base64 encoded.

    Do you get this error right after downloading snipe-it-v.0.3.6-alpha, and running php artisan key:generate?
